All interested purchasers are advised to personally view and verify the property and its details prior to bidding, as neither Garth Day Year Auctioneers (GDYA) nor the Principals provide any warranty on the information supplied. Viewing is strictly by appointment.
A deposit of at least 10% of the bid amount shall be paid by Banker’s Cheque or RTGS at the close of the auction, with the balance payable within 90 days directly to the Chargees. Failure to complete payment within this period will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
All sales are subject to a reserve price, and the Conditions of Sale may be obtained from our offices prior to the auction.
Interested bidders are also required to deposit a refundable amount of KES 400,000 in order to obtain a bidding number and participate in the auction.
